The company owns a diversified portfolio and invests over several asset classes which include Multi-Family, Self-Storage, Industrial, Retail and Office. Since its founding in 1977, Rosemurgy has acquired and developed over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate independently and in various joint-venture partnerships.
Rosemurgy Properties provides a vertically integrated, single-source solution that allows the company to self-perform on all aspects of a project including general contracting, asset management and property management. Since 2011, Rosemurgy has acquired, developed, or constructed over 30 commercial projects throughout Florida and the Carolinas which include Multi-Family, Single-tenant, Shopping Centers, Flex/light Industrial and Office. Currently the company has assets under ownership and development in excess of $750 million with a development pipeline of over $750 million in future projects.

Schmier Property Group (“SPG”) was founded by Brian S. Schmier in 2016 as a diversified real estate firm which acquires and develops best-in-class commercial properties. SPG is a second-generation real estate company, following in the footsteps of Schmier & Feurring Properties.
